Please remember the following at Drop-off:

  • Collar and Leash - please always bring your dog(s) to our door on a leash
  • Copy of Updated shot records for our files (must be within 12 months of requested service dates, from verifiable Facility and include Rabies and Bordetella/Kennel Cough for each dog). We can accept word doc., jpeg or pdf files via email.  Records must include dog's name, description, age, weight and match Owner Records provided in Registration.

  • Food for length of stay (no bowls or bedding needed - we provide toys, treats - everything but your dog's daily food, medication and personal supplies.)
  • Updated Contact Information for Owner and Emergency Contact 
  • Personal Medication/Supplies and instructions needed to ensure your dog's health & comfort
  • Crate/Kennel/Medication as needed -  (NOTE:  if your dog stays in a crate/kennel at your home when unattended, we require you to bring one with your dog at drop-off)
  • Cash for all services Due at Drop-off (checks not accepted) -

  • On Arrival, if we don't answer the door right away, please feel free to allow your dog(s) to relax/release from the car ride in the yard, until we arrive - For Pick-ups, please give us a moment to leash your dog, gather their things and bring your dog out to you.
  • Your dog is expected to arrive clean and free of any fleas/mites/infections, in good health with any "special needs" detailed at each drop-off with owner held responsible for dog's action/behavior.
  • We do not allow unaltered females in season, dog's who are incontinent, dog's over 6 months who are not house trained or socialized, go-pro cameras indoors, are not responsible for tags, monitors, devices, etc. attached to dog's collar/harness while on premise or in our care and may restrict some collars/leads, bedding and toys/treats during stay.
  • Please apply all ointments/medications/flea drops a few days prior to drop-off to avoid the oils being rubbed into our furniture and carpets. 
  • Note:  We will charge a $10 fee for a bath to remove any odorous smells or soiled fur that exists or develop during your dog's stay along with a $5/day Sanitary Charge for dog's who mark, are untrained, become incontinent or ill  and an additional $5/Day for dogs who are dropped without proper documentation and Charges Incurred for diapers/personal supplies required to keep our home sanitary  - These fees will be payable at pick-up, prior to departure.

  • We must have updated Vet Records (within last 12 months) & Shot Records detailing current Rabies and Bordetella vaccines to admit any dog.
  • Reservations must be confirmed 5 Days from request.
  • We require 10 Day Notice of Cancellation on Overnight Services with Reservations Confirmed 10 days prior to arrival Out of town guests will require full deposit paid 10 days prior to reserve dates.
  • All Services are by Appointment only - For Security Reasons, we will not open the door to anyone without a  prior appointment, contact or arrangements.  Security cameras are on the premise and interactions may be recorded. Do not attempt to enter the home with out invitation, your dog will be brought out to you at pick-up.  We may not be available outside of your appointment time - please call ahead.
  • Give us a call when your headed our way on drop-off or pick-up day, we want to be sure to have your dog ready (no treats or water 30 mins. before pick-up to avoid car sickness) and other dogs safely out of the way, but do not want to keep anyone cooped up waiting your arrival. 
  • Your use of our service indicates your permission for Oz Will Pet Service to use images of your dog(s) to promote our service - these will appear on our promotions sites and may be sent to other client's sharing the same time frames - only the dog's name and details will be shared and the links will be made available to you thru Facebook.
  • By your use of our service you confirm that your dog is house trained and exercises indoor manners, is friendly and socialized to children and other dogs, is up-to-date on shots (must include Rabies & Bordetella/Kennel Cough), is clean and free of any mites/fleas/ticks, is free of any infections, that you have their vet/shot records available and will provide current copy for each dog(s), the Vet records and Owner information provided are valid & up to date and that Owner is responsible for this pet, it's actions and any costs incurred due to it's actions, health or special care required.
  • We charge $10 for a bath and $10 for anti-flea application, if dog is found with fleas or is too dirty to live inside.
  • All dogs over 6 months are expected to have indoor manners and training as well as be friendly and sociable to children and other dogs, with the Owner's held fully responsible for their dog's actions and any damage caused by their dog to furniture, fixtures, household items, structures, other dogs, pets or humans. Sanitary fees apply.
  • Senior/Elder Guests are welcome, but must be in good health, with detailed arrangements provided in case of sudden loss - our procedure for client notification due to health follow emergency contacts, then client contact via phone & email and lastly Vet Contact provided in registration documentation and latest records provided, if listed contacts not reached.  We do not have ability to support or maintain ill or failing pets or those who have passed; we will release dog in this condition to their contacts provided,  at client's cost, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Scheduling - All services are by appointment only - No Drop-Ins Accepted, please contact us if you are unable to arrive on time. Drop-offs are available 7am thru 7pmPick-up Hours 8am to 7pm  -  Sunday Hours - 1pm to 7pm.  Holiday Hours upon request. No Daycare or Play Groups on Sunday - We accept reservations up to a year in advance, maintain a cancellation list during the peak seasons and accept short notice requests out of season, please call us if we can be of service.  We require 48 Hour Notice of Cancellation on Overnight Service  with Reservations Confirmed 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • We do not accept females in heat/season at anytime - no exceptions.
  • We do not allow dog's who are incontinent or mark, ill, unsocializedm, dog's over 6 months who are not house trained, go-pro cameras indoors, are not responsible for tags, monitors, devices, etc. attached to dog's collar/harness while on premise or in our care and may restrict some collars/leads, bedding and toys/treats during stay.
  • In Case of Emergency or Abandonm:   The Owner, the Contacts provided and the Vet. Listed in Registration and on current documentation will be contacted in that order, unless otherwise directed in writing. In the case of an unexpected passing, the Owner or contacts have 8 hours to retrieve the dog; if no one arrives within the required time frame the dog will be brought to the local vet listed or one within 20 miles, capable of storing and providing proper handling at Owner's expense.
  • Your use of our service indicates your acceptance as the pet(s) Owner of our rules and requirements, responsibility for all matters related to Owner's dog(s) or their handlers and offering permission for Oz Will Pet Service to use images of your dog(s- these may appear on our promotions sites and may be sent to other client's sharing the same time frames - only the dog's name and general details will be shared.
  • We reserve the right to refuse your dog at anytime, if they, the Handlers or their Owner's do not meet our requirements, employing Emergency Contacts to remove dog from our service, (Balance must be paid in full to release to anyone other than Owner).
  • All Services by Appointment only For Security Reasons, we will not open the door to anyone without a prior appointment, contact or arrangements.  We may not be available after hours. Do not attempt to enter our home with out invitationyour dog will be brought out to you at your scheduled departure time.
  • This is a private home and service, your consideration of our family, home and other guests is expected, with security of all our number one priority.
  • All drop-off/pick-ups are by appointment only; we may not be available if your arrival does not match our schedule - Please Call AheadYour consideration of our family, home and other guests is greatly appreciated. 

  • Cash Payment for all services due at Drop-off (checks not accepted) or at Pick-up for charges/fees incurred.  Pet will not be released to anyone but Owner with Balance due, with all balances due Paid in Full prior to dog's release.

  • Limited PayPal Options available with confirmation and verification receipt required before Drop-off and prior to Departure as needed. (Most Discounts apply to Cash Payment only with Online/PayPal Fees reflecting a higher rate.)

  • Cancellation subject to a $35/fee each incident payable to Oz Will Pet Service.

We reserve the right to refuse your dog at anytime if they or their Owner or Handler's do not meet our requirements.

NOTE:  Fees do not include dog's daily food.  We charge $2.50/day per dog for food if they run out and $5/day if food is not brought at time of drop-off.
