As a reminder:
  • We require that you please bring your dog(s) to our door on a leash.
  • Also if I don't answer the door right away, please feel free to allow your dog to relax/release from the car ride until I arrive.  I'm likely sorting the dogs out so as not to have you mobbed at the door.  (Lilbit & Sparky - our early warning system are mob enough)
  • Please give us a call when your headed our way if your earlier or later than expected on drop-off or pick-up day, we want to be sure to have your dog ready (no treats or water an hour before pick-up to avoid car sickness) and other dogs safely out of the way, but do not want to keep them cooped up waiting your arrival.
  • Your use of our service indicates your permission for Oz Will Pet Service to use pictures of your dog(s) to promote our service - these will appear on our promotions sites and may be sent to other client's sharing the same time frames - only the dog's name and details will be shared and we will send pictures to you as well for free. 
  • By your use of our service, you confirm that your dog is up-to-date on shots, it is healthy, clean and free of any mites/fleas/ticks or infections and that the records and owner information provided is valid.
  • We charge $10 for a bath and $10 for anti-flea application, if dog is found with fleas or is or becomes too dirty to live inside.
  • All dogs over 6 months are expected to have indoor manners and training as well as be friendly and sociable to children and other dogs, with the owner's held responsible for any damage caused by their dog to furniture, fixtures, household items, structure, other dogs or humans.

  • All drop-off/pick-ups are by appointment only (not a time range); we do not have an open door policy and may not be available if your arrival does not match our schedule - please call ahead.  Your consideration of our family, home and other guests is greatly appreciated.

  • Payment for all services due at drop-off (checks not accepted)

  • PayPal confirmation and verification required before drop-off.

  • Cancellations via PayPal subject to a $35/fee each incident payable to Oz Will Pet Service.

We reserve the right to refuse your dog at anytime if they do not meet our requirements.

NOTE:  Fees do not include dog's daily food.  We charge $2.50/day per dog for food if they run out and $5/day if food is not brought at time of drop-off. 

Scheduling -  Overnight Drop-offs available 8am thru 7pm.  Pick-up available 9am to 7pm  - please contact us if you are unable to arrive by your scheduled time on pick-up day.
